Q: Are your items truly handmade, and will my piece look exactly like the photo?
A: Yes, everything is crafted by hand here at Dainty Little Ash! Because of this, every piece is unique, meaning there might be tiny differences in color, size, or design compared to the photos you see. These slight variations are part of the charm of supporting handmade art—it ensures your piece is truly one-of-a-kind!
Q: Where can I find information about the materials used?
A: We believe in being fully transparent about materials! You'll find a clear list of what each piece is made from (like stainless steel, gold-plated, etc.) right in the product description. If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please take a moment to review this list before ordering.
Q: How long will it take to process my order before being shipped?
A: Good question! Since all of our handmade items are already complete and in inventory, our processing time is the time it takes us to package and label your order. The shipping time you see at checkout is only the carrier's transit time. Our current processing time is 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Q: What if my tracking says my package is lost, delayed, or was damaged by the mail carrier?
A: We package everything with care, but once it leaves our hands, we cannot be responsible for delays, loss, or theft by the carrier. If your package is damaged, lost, or marked delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact the mailing carrier (like USPS or FedEx) directly to resolve the issue and file a claim.
Q: I just noticed I gave you the wrong shipping address! Can you help?
A: We depend on the address you provide at checkout, so please double-check it carefully. If you realize you made a mistake, contact us right away. Unfortunately, we can't be responsible if the package is delivered to an incorrect address that was entered by the customer.

A: If your new jewelry arrives broken due to a flaw in how it was made, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Email support@daintylittleash.com with clear photos of the damage and the original packaging. If we confirm the defect, we'll happily arrange a replacement or store credit.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges if I change my mind?
A: Because our pieces are handmade and we must maintain hygienic standards, all sales are final. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with the natural, unique variations that come with handmade jewelry.

A: The metals we use can naturally tarnish (oxidize) over time—this is a natural property of the material and not a defect. To keep your piece sparkling, please follow the Jewelry Care Instructions we send with your order, which generally include avoiding water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.

A: Absolutely not.We promise to respect your privacy and will never sell or rent your personal data to anyone. We only share essential information (like your address) with necessary services, such as the shipping company, just so we can get your order to you!
